Covid, the Jab and Me, now available on BBC iPlayer
Our exploration of the vaccine program and the effects of misinformation goes live
Our latest production for Welsh broadcaster S4C was a fascinating and challenging journey across Wales and the United States, exploring the current state of the vaccine roll out and why some people may not want to take the jab.
As the vaccine programme progresses across Wales, demonstrations against it continue in some parts of the country. While many people are desperate to take their shot, others aren’t so sure, and some vocally refuse it. This film speaks to those who resist the vaccine and discovers where they are getting their information, a trail that leads to an anti-vax movement in the US and a country tackling its own unique issues surrounding the pandemic.
The production for S4C was broadcast on the 20th May, and is now available on iPlayer for the next 4 weeks.

In this documentary, Sian Morgan Lloyd in Wales and Maxine Hughes in America join forces to seek out and challenge some of the online influencers spreading fear about the vaccine, while also hearing why some Welsh people will never take the jab.
